블로그 수정 계획 #1 (21.09.05)

앞으로 추가로 구현할 기능

1. 좌측 중앙 author profile 아래 category 표시되도록 만들기
2. github를 통한 댓글 남기기 기능 추가 (아마 utteranc.es)
3. 수정 날짜에 따른 시간 자동 표현
